Factuum

2. State of mind of someone without any clue or idea.

I asked around for information at my new job and no-one could give an answer or tell me where to look or who to ask. Nobody knew, it was like working in a factuum.

My boss is without any idea of how to do his job or anything for that matter. The inside of his head is a factuum.

= clueless, uninformed, naïve, newsless, unenlightened, unwitting
