A mythical existance of such a thing, ussually trumped by the existance of a dirty sock or two dirty socks (see: cum rag).

"Does any freaken person in here have a clean sock and a porno that I can borrow?"

An anomily in places where males coexist. Especially dorms.

"Does anyone have a soft sock I can borrow?"

"Sorry all my socks are standing upright, proping up broken furniture with missing wheels and pegs, or being used as paper weights."
