A portmanteau of Bro and Mensch. This would refer to a male friend (bro) that is someone to admire and emulate / someone of noble character (mensch). Owing to the yiddish origins of one of the words (mensch), the gentleman of reference is often of Jewish decent.

Josh: It's been 4 years since I've had a BJ on the beach.
Dan: We've got the reunion next month down in St. Simons Island. Should I inform your girlfriend?
Josh: Thanks! You're a real brosch.

1. Large and horselike teeth
2. Teeth that are generally disturbing in appearance

With Mr. Ed treefs like that, the man needs to use a pencil as a toothpick.
