A time before Microsoft's Project Natal was revealed. Referred to as a simpler time by many as we didnt have to get off the damn couch to play a game.

Guy 1: Dude! look at this old game controller!

Guy 2: Woah! It has buttons and you have to hold it!

Guy 1: Yup, this right here is some ancient preNatal technology.

Guy 2: Gotta love the good ol' days.

ruck

essentially means the same thing as "suck", but occurs when texting/typing and you type "r" instead of "s". Makes the sentence more humorous.
