Gallitarian

Someone who restricts meat intake but still includes most kinds of poultry. Such a consumer may still select turkey rather exclusively eating chicken, which would signify a pollotarian.

A: She said she only eats chicken.

B: So she must be a gallitarian.
A: But does she eat turkey too? She could just be a pollotarian.
