Reality is the part of existence which we realize, or are aware of - whereas actuality is all that which really exists whether we realize it or not.

All of reality is a constantly changing illusion which is dependent on our awareness of it, whereas actuality is independent of our perception of it.

Enlightenment is the step we take when we let go of the illusions we call reality and become aware of actuality.
1. Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one. - Albert Einstein

2. Everything exists, even if it's only in your mind. Who's to say that dreams and nightmares aren't as real as the reality of here and now?” - John Lennon

3. Sometimes it is an appropriate response to reality to go insane. - Philip K. Dick

4. You cannot see things as they are. Your reality consists of seeing things as *you* are. Therefore judge no-one, lest you be judged by your own words. - Anon.

A deep attraction to another person in which their happiness is more important to you than your own, and in which the greatest joy you both know is when you're doing things together.

It is a lifetime commitment to each other that arises in the hearts of two people, making it natural, appropriate, and fulfilling to express love intimately, romantically, sexually and in bearing children and raising them together.

Love transcends all boundaries, so it does not matter if the loved one is of a different race or religion, or different colored skin, or closely related, or of the same gender.

Love knows no taboo, and is the highest fulfilment of humanity. It makes all other activities in life worthwhile, and it gives us back to ourselves.
I grew up, and left home, and searched all over the world for my true love, never realizing he was just in the next room, the whole time I was growing up.

This phrase is never meant to be taken literally. No-one really injects coffee directly into their blood stream. Caffeine is the main ingredient of coffee, and gives us a feeling of satisfaction. It is simply a joking expression which refers to an intense love, or even addiction, to coffee.
I'm going nuts - If I don't shoot caffeine intravenously soon I'm going to fall out of my tree!

When I was 13 I had my first coffee, and I've been practically shooting caffeine intravenously ever since!

Centuries ago, the word "while" developed into "whiles" and "whilst". "Whiles" was soon dropped from usage, but "whilst" persists to this day, even though it is considered archaic.

The only difference between their meanings, and it is a subtle one, is that "whilst" has a slightly greater emphasis on two events happening concurrently. For example:
While other goods are becoming cheaper, bread is becoming more expensive." (You would not use "whilst" here.)

The guys were filming the video whilst jumping off cliffs! (You could use "while" here, but you would lose the emphasis on the dramatic fact that the two acts were being done at the same time.)
