After an item gets high demand and the product is not available any longer, the owner of the product can reissue it. A greatest hits album and a boxed set are 2 forms of reissued recordings, an expanded release of a previously released item is a reissue. Complete Shakespeare Anthologies are reissues of his plays in a volume.
