passhole 

In trucker terms, there are three definitions. 1) a person who is immediately behind you who decides to pass you, usually on a highway, on the same side you have just turned your blinked on. 2) someone who tried to pass you on the right while you are making a right turn, usually on city/suburb streets. 3) someone who rushes past you, pulls in front of you in your lane, then proceeds to crawl, usually on the right lane of a 3 or 4 lane highway.

This passhole caused an accident because he couldn't wait 5 seconds.
