When determining where to place electrons in atoms, three rules are generally used: the Pauli exclusion principle, the Aufbau principle, and Hund's rule. The Pauli exclusion principle, from which the pun is derived, states that no two electrons (or indeed any fermion) can occupy the same atomic state. Therefore, any electron orbital is limited to two electrons: one with a spin, and the other with a − spin. The Aufbau principle states that lower energy orbitals are occupied previous to high energy orbitals. Hund's rule states that electrons will try to fill orbitals individually, and only pair up when every orbital has a lone electron in it.
In the comic, electrons are being equated to people, and rooms (or couches) are equated to orbitals. The reverse of Hund's rule is then followed: people will try to pair up in a room first, and only when all the couples have done so will rooms be allocated to single people. The Pauli exclusion principle here means that only two people can occupy a room at a time (should those people be romantically involved). The Aufbau principle therefore means that more restful rooms are filled previous to less restful rooms.
The title text jokes about drunken party-goers, who ignore the Pauli principle perhaps out of inebriation. They then end up partying and sleeping together with many people in the living room, leaving the roommate stuck in the third desirable location, the hall lounge.

God is the Supreme being and creator of all things according in the World of Darkness.
Generally, mortals identify God with the monotheistic deity presented by some religions. According to the Abrahamic religions, this god is named as Yahweh, Elohim, Jehovah or Allah. In China, he is known as the August Personage of Jade. That being said, he has many identities and purposes that span across the world.
God was the first being to exist. According to this belief God had no creator and was never made; he has always existed and was present at the beginning of the universe, known to the mages as the Prime. According to the tradition, God created the world and the universe by His divine will and power. God's motivation for creating the world is not explicitly explained in scripture, but it is believed to have been an act of divine love and kindness. He is seen as the supreme and transcendent being, who chose to create the universe and everything in it as an act of love and providence.

The word of the lord says Caine was cursed by God for murdering his brother Abel. Cainite mythology holds up to a high degree, with the story of Caine and Abel recognized by vampires that predate Judaism, and in certain cases recorded by Vampires at some time before Judaism. Special mention of this is made in Demon: The Fallen, where the stories of a certain desert tribe turn out to be unusually accurate - if, from Lucifer's point of view, biased. Obviously, Demons believe in God as much as they believe in themselves. Demons knew God, but their interpretation of God is tied up in a complex love/hate relationship represented by their Torment. Whatever Demons knew of God, however, they don't know what God is doing right now.
The Kuei-jin believe they know the answer to that one, however. According to the Wan Kuei, the "August Personage of Jade" turned his face on them when he cursed them, much like he did to the Yama Kings when he cursed them. The Wan Kuei believe in a god, they just don't necessarily believe that he's a forgiving god. They know this because they returned from their afterlife in the Yomi Hells.

There once was a chip called 8086, with a cheaper version called 8088 that was used in a personal computer called IBM PC. An improved version of that chip was made and called 80186, though that wasn't a very popular version. However, an improved version was then made and called 80286. Now, that was a very popular chip used in the IBM PC AT.
Later, Intel, which created and sold the 8086, 8088, 80186, and 80286 chips, all of which had a 16 bits architecture, saw the need to create a 32 bits chip to compete with similar offerings by others. To take advantage of its incumbent position, it made the new chip capable of running software made for the previously mentioned chips. Naturally, Intel called this new chip the 80386, and people started referring to them as 80x86.
After a while, Intel launched a new chip, but it decided to drop the 80, so it became the 486 instead of 80486. Likewise, people were dropping the "80" from the front of "80x86", and calling this stuff just x86.
So, once Intel finally went 64 bits, what did it call its new architecture? Right! IA64! :-) Only IA64 was not compatible with x86, I mean, IA32, so everyone ignored it.
And then came AMD, which decided the market wanted a 64 bits CPU that was compatible, to the extent possible, with the x86 family. As a marketing appeal, they called it the "x86-64" family, and they were hugely successful. So much so that Intel ended up grudgingly following with their own 64 bits CPU based on x86.

The x86_64 instruction set enables a single process to address more than 4GB of RAM. This enables one to have hundreds of porn tabs open all at the same time in the Chrome browser.
