(n) a nickname to someone that cries alot

It comes from when someone cries; They look like they blink alot.

Alot of kids use this describe a cry babby, or momma's boy; on the west coast, like in Redondo Beach or Manhattan Beach.

if some one is complaining or cring one would say, "Man, shut up Blinky"
