A shampoo mohawk, typically formed by the "showeree" while showering.

Frank: I like to sing in the shower and make poohawks with my hair.

Elroy

Future dictator that will command the whole world's populace to walk around naked; those who refuse will be snipered. Arianne is his advisor. She will fill the world with rainbows, bunny rabbits, and boxes of lucky charms. Woo!
