Operation Ranch Hand

the military name for an operation in vietnam which sprayed over 19 million gallons of various herbicides in order to deny the enemy crops and cover. Agent Orange, the most notorious of the poisons was agent orange, which causes many different diseases because of its high levels of dioxin.

operation ranch hand used c-123 aircraft to spray gallons of herbicide.
