The most important holiday on the ghetto calendar. Occurs 12 times in a given year. This is the day welfare and other government checks are distributed to baby mamas, trailer park bitches, and other assorted ghetto scum, which will be spent on stupid shit they don't need (such as drugs, booze, and getting hair / nails done).
