Person from the east part of the Netherlands. A tukker can easily be recognised due to their superior intelligence and good looks (in contrast with i.e. the brabo's).
Tukkers drink lots Grolsch beer, and discuss the finer things in life, such as 'onmeunig zoepn' and 'lekkere wievn'.
