Slang for a QP, which is slang for quarter pound. Used most commonly amongst marijuana dealers/buyers.

Pothead: Sup, bitch, can I get a dime sack?
Dealer: I'm 'bout to re-up and get a qupe, call me back in a few...

A stretchy rubber latex thing that can resemble someone's head, a monster, an animal, or a cartoon character. It is pulled onto your head to disguise your true identity. Masks are used at Disneyland and Six Flags on their park characters.

The fat white chinese guy was just Basil of Baker Street in a rubber mask.

Formerly a term used in reference to a cigar, but in today's stoner society a blunt is now a cigar thats tobacco has been replaced with marijuana. People like to smoke blunts because you can smoke more than you could with a joint.
