Ready To Drill.
A popular abbreviation used in the Norwegian army to describe that you are ready to go out and screw ugly women. Must not be mixed with the abbreviation RFB, Ready For Battle.

Lieutenant: ARE YOU RTD?!
GI Joe: YES SIR!
