Digga
A word that is conjugated from Deutsche (Meaning German) and Nigga (a loanword from African-American culture). Essentially meaning a "German Nigga", used in a similar way to how nigga is used in African-American culture.
It is a term of endearment towards fellow Germans. If a German calls you a "digga", it means they see you as a treue brüder and friend of the Euro-German community.
Digger is the offensive version of the term, do not use the full -er ending, as this was commonly used as a term against Germans during the Confederation of the Rhine under Napoleon to humiliate the Euro-German community, and you will be fined €30,000 (payable at your nearest Polizeistation).
