Get the manufactured homemug. Arguably New York City's nicest borough, it boasts the the city's second largest population and only it's forth highest crime-rate. It also has the largest number of owner-occupied homes and two-parent familes out of the five boroughs of New York City. It creates equal oppertunities for minorities and immigrants as well. Which is evident considering that more than half of the blacks in Queens own their own homes. As a result Queens houses a good amount of the city's black middle class. It's also the city's most diverse borough, with almost half of it's residents being immigrants.
