Technopeasant

A person who does not know how to properly operate modern technology. Also does not know how to operate simple machinery or even a computer. Most often of the older generation, 35-40+. "All those weid doo-hickies and watcha-mijiggerz."
Whys that man using a hammer to turn on that computer, he must be a technopeasant.
