The act of sucking air in through ones teeth, or 'kissing' one's teeth to show either, disdain, disappointment, disgust, disagreement or disapproval = struups. Favoured by many Caribbeans.
(It can also just be said. 'str-uups'.)

Strumps

Is when lumps form due to stress or laughter. Often times found on the back of the head or neck. These go away within 10 to 15 mins.

Wow today was so stressfull, that I got strumps on the back of my head.!
Quit making me laugh, I'm getting strumps again.
