A term derived from Afrikaans, it’s original meaning banana. Typically used as an insulting term after doing something insensible or stupid. Also used as a term of endearment in certain situations. Piesang is a nick-name that one can use to call ones friends in almost any circumstance. Use piesang when in need of a term that says everything in one word.
Friend 1: -walks into glass door
Friend 2: -starts laughing uncontrollably
Friend 1: crying in pain but manages to say “stop laughing”
Friend 2: still laughing uncontrollably

Friend 2: manages to say through laughter “ you piesang”
