Hyperchondria is the stubborn belief that one is healthy even when there is medical evidence to support the presence of an illness or symptoms indicating one has such an illness.
Tim's hyperchondria was so blatant, he would not even acknowledge that his gangrenous wound was infected. He said he was perfectly healthy instead.

Anti vaxxer: I don't want that poison vaccine funded by Bill Gates and Melinda Organisation. God gave me an immune system for a reason which is to naturally fight off infections.

Smart person: Covid has killed many people with a strong immune system. Plus, people can still develop long covid which is basically POTS Syndrome-like symptoms, but 10 times worse. Quit being a hyperchondriac and get jabbed.
