The acronym for "hard as a mother f***er, like a boss". One can use this word when they are doing something to the best of their ability, or in an extreme way.

Nick: Dude you ready to hit the bars and get hammered?
Andrew: Bro, I'm goin hamlab tonight.
Nick: Just how hamlab are you going?
Andrew: Well I plan on puking out the car window...on the way to the bars!
