The act of laughing so hard that muscle control is temporary relaxed, resulting in the droppage of ass.

From colloquial "Guffaw" and "Fart."

Definition: The act of laughing so hard that the laugher almost, or literally, shits themselves.

Example: When Gareth saw who won the synonym contest, he guffartled all over the kitchen floor.
