A situation in which a proof, piece of
evidence, or claim is presented against a person, group, or entity within a private communication channel, but its credibility cannot be independently verified because the subject of the claim has left, been removed from, or otherwise lost
access to that channel before the
evidence can be examined, challenged, or authenticated.

evidence, the discussion fell into Boötes
Void's Problem.
