Slang term for a woman's breasts or mammary glands.

Also possible to use the abbreviation "tombos".

Colin: Look at the tombolers on that fit bird!

Gaz: Jeez, man, she's got a right pair of tombolers.

Tracey's tombos are bigger than Chantelle's but she wears chicken fillets ennit.
