Derived from South Park, it can be used as a nickname for somebody called Tim, or something written by Myra and Nose all over TerrorBird's windows. It can also be used as an insult for somebody a bit stupid.

on pitch name for 'twisted carl' a big name hard house dj and part of the infamous duo 'twisted carl and tegg'. the term became popular in the late 90's when football video gaming became more advanced and kids wanted to make their own 'dream teams'. these would very often include the man of the time, twisted carl, but due to copy write law the various software houses were unable to make an official release. the voice over used in the games will typically say the word 'timmeshum' which is internationally recognised within the ball game as an alias for the infamous 'twisted carl'.
