When two people (usually elderly) take up both lanes of a highway and drive a the speed limit or sometimes slower, causing everyone else to be pissed off.

Registered Poke Offender

One who Facebook Pokes without cause or care. One who pokes for attention. One who pokes and believes they will get laid or lucky. One who pokes in hopes of getting a phone number, or a naked pic in return.

This guy/girl pokes 500 times a day for no real reason except to be noticed and or paid attention, they are careless and ignorant. They need to be "Registered Poke Offenders"
