Homobroism

Homo-bro-ism (noun)

A form of bromance where straight male friends show their bond through hand-holding, shoulder leaning, or walking arm in arm, expressing friendship, trust, or brotherhood without any romantic or sexual intent. Common in many cultures e.g south Asian, especially where men are allowed to be very physically affectionate without it being “gay.”
They spent the movie cuddled up with popcorn between them, nothing just straight men practicing homobroism.
