Heppner

A town in Oregon that everybody else hates due to the locals hatred of outsiders and belief that they are the best. While Heppner prides itself on being the county seat of Morrow County, it is really just full of redneck right wing isolationist Hicks still pissed at the rest of the state over electing a female governor who actually cares about the environment.

Person: Did you hear about the Heppner flood of 1903?
Other Person: Yeah...I wish there could be another flood like that in Heppner.
Person: True.
