Crotch Burner

A romantic novel that consists of 80% sex scenes and 20% story. Geared towards women, these are the equivalent of internet porn for men and can include romantic encounters of many sub genres including contemporary, historical, science fiction and paranormal. Usually are cheap, paperback, and found in mass at local supermarkets and drugstores, or in the hands of the middle aged woman on the bus.
The hypocritical thing about it, is that my girlfriend hates that I would watch porn, but she is never without one of her crotch burner books.

What you get after sliding down a broken rope swing. Hurts like a bitch, resulting in what is similar period blood. Will cause you to be the subject of ridicule for the rest of your life.
"Jumping onto that plastic kiddie ropeswing was a mistake, I slid all the way down it and landed on my ass, along with getting a major crotchburn."

Burnham-on-Crouch

Burnham on Crouch is a small picturesque town on the River Crouch. The town's rich history goes back in the archaeological record to the Bronze Age and is documented in the town's museum. Burnham was once part of the thriving oyster trade and some of the grand homes built by the local oyster merchants still remain. Burnham has a former WWI airfield as well as a series of WWII pill boxes along its coast line. Burnham these days is a popular sailing destination and with its picturesque views of the river and countryside walks it is very popular with walkers to. The town has several nice cafés and pubs to visit and even a art deco styled cinema.
