Cereal-Dumping: The act of eating a bowl of cereal while having a crap on the toilet.

Example One:
Adam was running late so he decided to take a cereal-dump.

Example Two:
Person 1: "Where have you been?"
Person 2: "I was Cereal-Dumping"
