An price, quantity or amount that an individual uses or includes in a report or price quote, with little or no thought involved beforehand. Derived from the older proverb, "pulling a <something> out of your ass". More commonly used as an abbreviation.
Engineer #1: "Hey, we need a price quickly on the gazebo to finish the estimate, give me an ass-pulled number (APN)! "
Engineer #2: "Yeah, use $20,000..."
Miraculously getting the motivation to accomplish something difficult and actually pulling it off in the last minute.

A combination of the phrases "pull it out of my ass" (i.e. doing something difficult in the last minute) and "got a wild hare up my ass" (i.e. unexpectedly having motivation to do something).
Person A: why is Black Friday called that?
Person B: because that's the Friday on which the black market is the most active.
Person A: you just pulled that right out of your ass.
