Over time, "insane" has taken on a more positive, if you will "good" meaning/undertone... UN-insane thus would be the opposite, to contradict the use of "insane".
Person A: "Did you see the end of that game? It was insane! So awesome!"
Person B: "Yeah, it was, but the Yankees lost unfortunately... completely uninsane."
Person B: "Yeah, it was, but the Yankees lost unfortunately... completely uninsane."
