"Mec de la Rue" means "boy from the street" it is used by excluded groups of teenagers. They frequently believe that they're at the level of a "gang" but mostly, they only waste their time, getting drunk on street and sometimes, selling drugs. This term was populated by "Morad" a trap singer, born in Morocco and grown in France.
