A woman/girl of Eastern European descent. She is smart, loyal and kind. But do not mess with her or piss her off. She can go from sweet to rage monster/temper tantrum in seconds.

Much like "sick" or "ill" unhealthy is the newest word used to express awe or approval of something. It can be applied to any noun but is often used in a sequence.
