zuppagargonizer 

1)A guy (usually mexican) who tends to creep on women. He is widly rejected by them. While he can't get women he still has some friends.

2) hopeless.

3) one who gargles balls.

Levi: Hey Erica Josh is such a zuppagargonizer.

Erica: I know, he left a creepy note in my locker!
