An instance in which several co-workers, usually within a bar or restaurant, have engaged in sexual relations or fellatio with multiple other co-workers, resulting in overlap of sexual partners amongst those co-workers.

John has been fucking Sally for the last week, but just last week Sally was blowing her manager, Steve, and John was screwing Steve's ex girlfriend who now works in the kitchen, and now it's become a "workplace fuckpile."
