with any competitive field there will be fans that take the game too seriously. Which is where insults like Noob, Thrower, trash, and idiot are thrown. Underscoring is not different, it's a slang used to describe a players terrible skills when they are under performing from your usual best.
“This guy sucks, underscore after underscore, this match is practically over!”
