Based on the baby boomer era term "I haven't the foggiest idea." used to describe a complete lack of an answer when someone asks you a direct question.

Dan: Hey bro, I saw you called earlier, I was sleeping all afternoon. What do you wanna do tonight?

Jeff: Shit, I haven't the fuckest, I was gonna ask you the same thing!
