V. Slang term for stealing. To rob. Take something that doesn't belong to oneself.

To drive really fucking fast, and/or run. Skirp can also be used in term of a short slide, IE to skirp sideways.

When you're in the 420 limousine and the driver takes off quickly, thus making an audible "skirp skirp" sound as the tires skid on the pavement.
