Consequently, the greenhorn was also a sackseam.

The raised ridge on the underside of the scrotum. Or, someone young and/or inexperienced.

“He’s Supposed to be a carpenter, and can’t even drive a nail. What a sackseam”
Or....
“The kid is 5, of course he still has his sackseam.”
