pleaser weasel
A person who will glibly and readily agree to do whatever they're asked without any intention of following through. Pleaser weasels will wait until the last minute to come up with a lame excuse or make it so inconvenient for you to hold them to their promise that you tell them to forget it.
Paul is such a pleaser weasel. He agreed to meet me for dinner three different times this week and always stood me up at the last minute with one poor excuse after another.

People's pleaser
Someone who's always nice, helpful and a basic moral support for just about anyone. Suppresses his (or her) own needs in order to please or satisfy (the needs of) others. The people's pleaser won't bother you with his or her own needs and problems, as this person is too keen on helping out others.

In fact this is what girls should look for in a guy when looking for proper/stable "relationship material" (I guess), however, in some way this hardly ever results in a woman being either physically or sexually attracted. West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped. Now often used in predominantly working-class areas of the midlands and the north to mean someone who listens to rock-derived music and/or dresses in a manner that suggests they affiliate themselves with rock music of some kind.
