Hornithology 

In Scotland we use a slang word for a woman, this slang word is Bird, i know it sounds horrible but has been around for many generations. examples of that are, "Wow, that bird is stunning" or referring to your own girlfriend, "im going to see my bird tonight". so on to Hornithology, Ornithology is the study of birds so if you are out with your friends and your looking at alot of women (aka birds) or generally "eye-humping" women, you are participating in Hornithology, which is the studying of beautiful women (aka birds).

its ornithology with an H at the front to make it sound dirty and perverted, it works for me.....

i study hornithology therefore i am a Hornithologist!

Pornithology 

The popular hobby of males of all ages involving the spotting of the female species or "birds". Pornithology is strictly limited towards the spotting of those of an attractive nature with whom you as spotter would like to perform acts of a pornographic nature as the spotting of those who do not qualify defiles the purpose of the hobby. The spotting of genuine subjects should be accompanied with thoughts and aims only of an extremely perverse sexual nature.

Is that the lesser spotted far eastern bukkake lover? No I am quite mistaken it is the more commonly seen Eastern European blonde big tit and look there are lots of them -fantastic! Let's see if we can catch one. Not to be confused with flying animal spotting or "ornithology" who gives a **** about that? Pornithology. Enjoy.
