Oogily Boogily

Term used to describe the exposed stomach over hang of a woman when wearing shirt or top 4 times way too small for body size. Most commonly seen between bottom of small shirt and top of pants or shorts... If needed can be shortened to "Boogily"

Mary is showing some Oogily Boogily today. Dam look at the Oogily Boogily on that woman.
