One Clap 

A term used when you or someone else kills an insect (especially a fly) with one clap.

The term is used to show off the killers remarkable skill and proficiency.

Matthew: "Did you see Rowan one clap that annoying fly"
Wil: "Yeah man, he has so much skill in the art of insect killing!"

One Clap Two Clap You Clapped was a cut quest in the hit game Fallout New Vegas. The quest was given by Clapios Primo and had you kill 3 prostitutes but not much is known about this quest. In addition, Clapios Primo was cut early on in development so many voice line revolving around this quest were cut as well.

Friend: All I know is that it’s a cut quest.

A reference to a zen koan, worn threadbare and meaningless by endless repetition in the media. It has no 'answer' unless, as in definition (1) above, the answerer redefines the term 'clapping', thus entirely missing the point.

Teacher: "What is the sound of one hand clapping?"

The sound of one hand clapping is the sound of one hand closing quickly.

The sound of one hand clapping is supposed to be a question with no answer. It is a clasic Zen koan given to students to aid in enlightenment by leading the mind into a cul-de-sac with no way out but enlightenment. How enlightened could the person who came up with this koan be, considering it has such an obvious and simple answer?
