Noen, (For when used as a name) is a name for a person who is a pretty subtle. They seem shy at first but after they feel comfortable, you wish they weren't. They joke around too much and have trouble being serious. The name is similar to Noah or Nolan but don't get these mixed up, as Noen's hate that, and will probably hate you.
