Nigger lip

When your sharing a ciggarette, blunt, joint, doobie, or anything else you smoke in the same way and you put it inside your mouth so it gets wet, instead of barely touching it with your lips like your supposed to. Although the term has racist origins, it is usually not considered to be racist when said by anyone of any race if used correctly.

Nigger Lip

Putting your whole mouth on the mouth of a bottle, such as a soda bottle or beer. Usually this results in getting tons of saliva all over the mouth of the bottle. Looks like stereotypical black person's big lips.

I haven't quite figured out how to drink out of this bottle without spilling...I guess I'll just have to nigger lip it.
