A word describing a woman who is not hot enough to be a milf, but is by no means ugly. These women usually look pretty good, but have some feature like boring hair, mom jeans, or plainer clothes that make them not as hot. There probably was a time where you would have hit that, but now, you'd have to have a few drinks before you'd even consider it.
