Japan and South Korea have fairly high suicide rates in the world for that very reason (49th and 4th respectively). 30% of men 27 and younger (in Japan) are virgins. Promoting the culture you are talking about actually has an INVERSE correlation with the outcome you claim to be trying to achieve. Instill the asian work ethic so instead of killing eachother they kill themselves. Business owners make more money off of they labor from which they benefit disproportionately.
